Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

• Customized, made-to-order, or personalized planters cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
